Is excerise a science where you train on an empty stomach, drink a certain drink at a certain time before or after a workout and eat a certain amount of meals each day and all of the other stuff you "must" do in order to see the best results. Or is it as simple as burn more calories than what you consume and eat right?
Everything around us works on basis of science...nd maths is the medium to prove it conceptually
Hopefully the most things are based on science. But its still trial and error what works for you and what you enjoy doing. There is no just 1 good way of doing things :-)
Yes nutrition and exercising is a science and math and science co exist... the specific science of the human body is called physiology also their are seperate studies in exercise science... as well as sister fields of study...
Burn more calories than you eat will make you lose weight but all the other stuff will make it happen faster
