I delete my post and I dont have a clue how but yes Herbalife formula 1 and protein are you currently using the product?

I drink it at breakfast then again in the afternoon as a snack.  Just started and trying to lose just a few but mostly trying to lean up...

What type of meal plan are you following

B 1500 meal plan 2 shakes a day 1 colorful meal and I take a punch of vitamins

I do not count calories I just try to eat gluten free and I snack in between nuts or yogurt fruits bit I feel great
