The best pizza crust I've used is this one - http://www.fearlesshomemaker.com/2012/08/thin-crust-pizza
It's made with flour, but so little that it doesn't have many calories, and it's nice and crispy but still strong enough to hold toppings. I love topping it with onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, broccoli, pineapple and sometimes chicken if I've got any left over.
Basically anything can be healthy, just pay attention to ingredients and portion sizes. When looking for a new recipe, include "healthy" in your search - that usually helps.
