Energy for gym workout

Guys plz tell me iam 18 now and i join gym from 7 days.
How to get energy for gym workout.
Plz help mr.

In my opinion,no matter what exercise u do, keep doing it

Eat Well, sleep Well, maybe some Pre workout (yes a cup of coffee and a banana counts as Pre workout :P)

I usually take a nap and drink a coffee 1 hour before workout. I noticed I work out harder if I do this. Research drinking coffee before workout, it has its benefits if you have no energy. Also, consider working out at home. Cuts the excuse " I have to drive there" out, plus saves money. I do jump ropes, workouts on workout trainer and then youtube has awesome workout vids too.
