How effective is weight loss if you do not eat right?

Zero, eat right is the most important things, is just not about weight is about healthy. When u combine the two u gonna feel the difference in and outside.

You have to eat right are at least limit the unhealthy items. Try counting your calories daily. That's what I've been doing. I just started both this and my fitness pal. Not where I want to be but in 3 days I lost a little over 1lb
