Body fat percentage! Help

I used to weigh 160 lbs. But when I started eating right and doing some work out I lost a lot of weight. Right now my weight is about 143 lbs. And my body fat percentage is 15% and I want to decrease it to at least 10%. Any advice would be appreciated
