I need some relatively cheap food that you can eat/snack on whenever. I already eat a lot of stuff like peanuts and fruit but it gets a bit boring after a while.... Any ideas?
Carrots cutted like sticks, or dried banana crisps. They are crunchy and so good! Love them! Other dried food like mango, tomatoes or apple crisps. Rusks with a teaspoon of honey. Or wholewheat ceral bars, or sesame bars. But fruits and veggies are always the healthiest options.
