How long should I wait after breakfast?

I like to eat 3-4 eggs, 3-4 pieces of turkey bacon, and 8oz of orange juice for breakfast.
Any opinions regarding how long I should wait before I;
1) do resistance (weights, machines)?
2) do cardio (treadmill, crunches)?

1.) I'd leave out bacon and go easy on the orange juice I'd drink water with breakfest especially before a workout.
2.) I'd wait 45 min to an hour so the food is settled and starting to digest so I have energy throughout my workout.

After your post, I looked at the turkey bacon nutritional info.  Never thought to do that before.  Thanks for the heads up!  
I really need to do some research.  I have no idea what I'm doing!
Just had some yogurt. Looking through the pantry.
