Tips for vegetarians?

Hi im new, and I was wondering if there is any vegetarian people here that want to build muscle. Can you give me any tips diet wise?

Eat salads with lots of greens like spinach, kale, Romaine lettuce, escarole and arugula, just to mention a few. These are all high in protein. I usually mix them in a smoothie with some fruit and chia seeds. Here is a very good book on how to eat healthy vegetarian food: "CRAZY SEXY KITCHEN" by Kris Carr. I hope this helps
