I like eating protein right after work out and I know that not all protein bars are good for you, they have unnecessary additives. But those are the tastier ones.
So what I'm asking is if anyone has suggestions for what kinds are best.
Or what is a good compromise for minimal ingredients and maximum taste.
For now I'm eating LUNA bars
Larabars are all natural. Kind bars are good and natural too. Those are the only protein bars I've been eating lately.
