Protein bars?

I like eating protein right after work out and I know that not all protein bars are good for you, they have unnecessary additives. But those are the tastier ones.

So what I'm asking is if anyone has suggestions for what kinds are best.

Or what is a good compromise for minimal ingredients and maximum taste.

For now I'm eating LUNA bars

I like quest bars. Protein bars are a great way to get in your protein and snack quick. Watch the sugar and fat on the bars, some are meant for meal replacement which will result on higher calories and fat. GL :-)

Making your own protein bars are super easy. There are tons of recipes online, and homemade ones are a lot less expensive.

Larabars are all natural. Kind bars are good and natural too. Those are the only protein bars I've been eating lately.

I have found some there life choice their ok on taste but they have 21 G protein   8 g fat and 7 g sugar idk if that's a lot on the fat and sugar but it's real high protein hope it helps
