What should I be eating?

I'm a 12 year old girl, and I've been trying to eat healthy as well as work out. I'd like to know some tips on what my daily dirt should be and how often it is okay to eat junk and what not.

Hi , for a healthy workout diet you're going to need alot of fruit because its good , and you must eat a banana before Every workout because it gives an instant energy boost , one import thing is meat and milk , eat some of those but not alot or you'll end up being a body builder and you'll be looking like boys (wich you dont want to happen) for junk food , its fine to eat some but only ONCE a week , thats all haha :-)
