Yes....I'm looking for a meal plan. I'm 36 years old, 275 lbs and I need to lose 100+ lbs......

Please let me know what you use? I monitor calorie and sugar intake. I try to eat a big breakfast, medium lunch, and small dinner (like one serving of tuna and 3 ritz crackers and lots of water/ detox water)

Trying to get my abs toned cause I keep hearing that abs are made in the kitchen

That's very true. What really help me bring out my abs all the way was eating more green veggies. Spinach, Broccoli, Romaine lettuce etc lean proteins chicken breast turkey breast, tuna egg whites some fruits, this what I do for cardio hit: jump roping,moutain cilmbers, spirts. Good luck oh yeah target your lower abs at the beginning of your abs routine lower abs the hardest to develop

Demarez....your crazy fit! Love your meal plan. Want to be me personal trainer lol? Got any advice for me cause its hard to stay green when I have to cook for my 2yr old. I think I could make more progress if I had fun healthy meals that she would like as well.

Thanks Jasmine sure I'll be your p.t lol. Give me a run down on your goal & current diet? With your 2yr old u can always mixed & match if u look thru my pics I always switch up
