Green tea had been proven to help aid weight loss of dieting and exercising regularly. Careful though top much sweetened tea can lead to Gaul stones

Any specific green tea brand u use or recommend:-) jus there is so much..I don't no how to look for quality:-)

I generally use Lipton's cinnamon or jasmine green tea. Cinnamon is good for blood sugar you know. Instead of teabags you may also boil green tea leaves if you like your tea a little bitterish.

Bigelow, Stash, Twinings all common place in grocery stores (Krogers, Albertsons, Wal-Mart) fantastic tea makers. Don't use celestial seasonings tho, they have had their tea tested by private companies and they found '3 times the safe levels' of pesticides and chemicals in them, the company is being sued for false advertising on account of it as their boxes are labeled all natural.
