How do you stay under 75 for a suger goal?

Im traking everything I eat. And I'm always going over my suger goal. Its hard beacuse everything has sugar.
Is there something I'm missing here?

It depends where the sugar is coming from. Fruit contains sugar, but it comes wrapped in a bundle of fiber and nutrients whereas a chocolate bar contains lots of sugar and is not very nutritious. If the majority of the 75g of sugar is coming from fruit, that is a lot better than 75g of processed sugar.
