Hi I'm 20 yrs old I weight 99 lbs
I really need to gain weight !!!

You can try the eat healthy but eat three course meals and snacks between those and off course can't forget dessert and always remember to exercise 30 minuets 3 days a week then 20 three days and relax on the last day you'll not only stay gaining weight you been gaining it healthy:)

Im 29 I was always 100 siz zero an then I was 22 I had my first son im now siz 4 in skirts weight from 125 135 I got thyroid problem s o enjoy yr siz. I hot a cuz thst lik u even after having kids.

It depends are you 99 pounds and fit or no? If you wanna gain weight id suggest ice cream shakes and maybe some weight gainer protein. But once you gain this weight you should manage it and stay fit. Hope this helped :)

You can drink boost and also protein shakes add a banana to it.

I eat 80-10-10 carbs fat protein.  It was the ONLY way I've ever had gains in muscle and had a healthy metabolism.  I am 6"1' weigh 180 lbs and run half marathons.  Started running 18 mos. ago.  80-10-10 are also the ratios a gorilla eats, and they get so big on ALL fruits and veg.

So, in short EAT UR SUGAR!

Underweight models do this all the time, it works but it's gross; eat dog food. I'm not kidding it makes humans gain weight fast!
