Ive tried the whole paleo diet thing and ive cut out all carbonation for 4 years, stopped eating all sweets (except peanut butter), and do tons of pure fruit smoothies , but cant quite get rid of the last bit of fat on my lower abs (I do tons of lower ab workouts) I just wanted to know if anyone has any special diets that work for them? Professionally named or home made. Any help is appreciated!

I think the reason you can't get that last bit off is because you don't take in carbs. Everything going in moderation is good. Your body needs carbs to replenish energy supply and digs into your muscle supply for the energy it's lacking in carbs. Less muscle=slower metabolism carbs will help you build more muscle and the muscle will help your body eat up that last bit of fat.

I eat more then anything, I had 2 loaded baked potatoes with a steak and salad last night and before that I had strip steak in gravy over a bed of rice with toast and a vegetable salad , Im definitely not lacking energy, but with everything I do I use every last bit of what I eat

I tried to diet but i just couldn't do it. I think as long as you try and cut out some sweets sometimes,  then you can get fit. And as long as you keep working it off.

First you can't target fat loss by doing exercises in that area of the body.  You need to lose overall body fat. Calories in = Calories out so the more you exercise the more you burn carbs and fat to meet the calorie needs. If you do intense workouts the carbs stored in your muscles is used first but after 30 minutes the fat begins to be burned. 3600 calories burned = 1 lb of fat.
