I was just curious if anyone has messed around with any supplements besides the protein shakes (and more basic stuff) and what yall use and its effects

I'm taking a couple Omnitrition supplements. The garcinia cambogia is an appetite suppressant, Fiber & more is fiber and probiotics, and Nite Lite is a liquid sleep aid containing melatonin and collagen that boosts your metabolism.

I take carbon blockers and metabolic herbs. Gives me energy, cleans out toxins, and help keep cravings away.

Garcinia? How is it working....

It makes a noticeable difference. I take it a couple times a day in between meals so I don't feel hungry, and I don't snack as much.
