I am looking to tone more than anything but I'm a very picky eater and can't motivate myself to eat veggies. I know protein is good but I would like to know specifics. Thanks

take a supplement with coach advice,add these things in your diet for improvement egg,chiken,chesse,banana with milk,nuts.take advice your coach
