Cherry Vanilla Breakfast oats.
1/4 cup rolled oats (not instant)
1/3 cup almond milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup cherries (halved and pitted.)
You can interchange any fruit you like, or use frozen. Or sub honey for sugar free syrup. You can add dark chocolate shavings with peanut butter or chopped nuts. Go crazy. Breakfast is important.
