I want more weight/muscles

I'm 167 but I want to be about 180. Im a former athlete any tips?

Eat foods high in carbo hydrates and proteins and do all round exercises that target every area of your body or a specific part if that's what you want

I suppose eating more food Will do the trick ;) oh and lots of weights :D
