Energy boost?

Here is my dilemma, I average between 2 to 5 hours of sleep every night. I had a sleep study done and was told that I am bordering on insomnia. I work 12 hours a day 7 days a week for 3 weeks then I get 3 weeks off. I just recently started working out in hopes that it might help me sleep. Usually by he end of the day I'm so physically drained that there is nothing left in my tank to even think about working out. Is there any supplements that I can take to give me a boost in energy? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

You may also want to have your testosterone checked. I work crazy shifts, was gaining weight, was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Went on a CPAP still no change. I had my doctor check my testosterone level and it was almost non existant. Now on testosterone and feel amazing. Energy levels are way up and it's helped with weight loss.
