Hey all! I'm a constant snacker. Love love love to eat all day. Has anyone got a favourite healthy snack they love to have throughout the working day/night?
Not sure if it counts as a snack but chocolate craze balance bars are my go to lately. 200 cals 14 g of protein.
Roast a few chicken breasts...let em cool down and cut into cubes...
Divide into portions in food bags and freeze em take out night before a bag or two for next day...spice em up with pepper or cyanne or chili (no liquid sauce heavy in cals) carrots..no fruit
Pickles! I love them. I eat one in the afternoon to tide me over until dinner. I get polish spears, which have a bit of a kick to them.
