Non if you can help it. Protein is best from natural sources like chicken and beef.

But I know busy and so on..so any will do, any thats aimed at women or has almost magical powers are probably ones to stay away from. Whey is left over from curds and whey in cheese making!

I prefer Optimum health 100% Gold Standard...fruit punch others flavours are sickly for me.

You dont get chicken breast for women or weight loss beef and one thing you can never do is buy your results...

I started EAS shakes the 100 % vegatable protein.  Awesome.
