Does anyone have any suggestions on meal prepping? Is it a good idea to start or what are some meals?
Eat to live, rather live to eat..
I like to plan out my whole day of food when I wake up using a calorie counting app. That way before I take a single bite I know what my total days calories, carbs, protein and fat look like and I can adjust if necessary. Down 85 pounds so far.
