In the recent research study it is found that organic fruit and vegetables can have up to 50% more antioxidants, which is believed, can cut the risk of cancer and heart disease. They also have more vitamins and minerals such as iron and zinc. According to other, organic foods are better for fighting cancer and obesity problems, improved immune system, better sleeping habits and are less likely to be overweight than when eating "conventional" foods.

This maybe all true but what I can testify on is "weight loss".

Quick story, 4 months in Mexico without any exercise machine, in high altitude, and everything organic led to 10 lbs. off my body. Once again, NO EXERCISE DONE.
