Anybody got a good diet plan going on need the help please :)

Diets dont work and there sooo 90s!

Just eat healthy foods, say away from high and empty carbs like sugars, breads and pastas...eat natural low fat proteins like chicken and fish.

Small portions throughout  the day, the 3 meal a day theory  is out and the 6 small meals a day is in...it keeps your metabolism running and burning if your keeping calories down to loose weight...beware of how much cals you eatcto how many you burn and if will give you a rough idea of how to achieve your goals be it geting fit and toned or dropping pounds.
