Here is my food plan.
breakfast - Honey Nuts and Oats Cheerios / Fat Free Milk
Lunch - Lunch Turkey on wheat bread with original lays.
Dinner - Pasta or baked chicken I know nothing about diets or working out.
Breakfast processed cereals have lots of Sugar, try to go natural lean turkey rashers with poached egg or porridge.
Lunch Is ok breads are carbs and are ok in moderation.
Dinner not to much pastas, again carbs!
What are you goals to tone up, loose weight or build nuscle etc?
