Hey everyone i think im not the only one who is trying to put on some mass. Im goona write some tips and tricks.
1. workout in the morning
2. eat 2 hours before workout and 1 after workout
3. 2 hours before workout drink 2/3 liters water
4. Eat 6 times per day
5. After workout always drink 2 protein shakes
6. When u wake up always drink protein shake and some honey
7. Before go to sleep drink casein
8. Train like this is your last workout
If anyone know other tips i will be happy if you share it with me
