I workout everyday and I just can't have a day off, as I stop training, I feel like all that I eat is becoming fat. Can't anyone help me?
Been if your shoes before back in my early twenties.
Exercising is good...but there's a certain point in which body recognizes what you're doing to it(plateau) and you won't really gain much from it. Remember, "no pain no gain". Take a couple days off. Like, hangout with friends, family, maybe community service. Be more busy.
How I over came my 4 hours a day at the gym habit was girls, new job(12 hours shifts) and being more social.
