Best and cheapest way is to buy a loaf of bread and some peanut butter and jelly and just eat pbj all day long weight train at least four times a week 6 at the most and every time you touch any weight you need to only do 6 reps and by that I mean you need to do 6 and be incapable of anymore

I have tried every gnc product and eat often and healthy with no weight gain. How to gain?

Good fats and carbs, lots protein and heavy weight training. There are a lot of eating plans online. Try muscleandfitness.com or bodybuilding.com for good eating plans
