Which is the best "diet" during the workout week ?

Lots of water and fruit with a good amount of proteins and low carbohydrates and do not treat your body like a trash can

It's best not to "diet" eat healthy with a variety of fruits, veggies, and lean meats. Increase water consumption and avoid useless liquid calories! Plenty of rest and be consistent!

Constantly changing your diet in my opinion is not that healthy. If the primary reason you exercise is to be healthy. Then I'm a big believer in eating the right nutrients at the right point of the day. Carbs are not bad. Keep them limited to the morning. Eat fruits, veggies and protien. Research what u eat and what it does to your body.
