Bcaa ....good or shit?

Shit. You don't really need it on a regular workout. You get plenty of bcaa in your regular diet. And even in just one scoop of whey protein. I whould always go fore whey over bcaa's. The only time I would consider taking bcaa's was if I was doing a preb for a bodybuilding show (but I won't since i'm not a Bodybuilder) to minimize muscle loss without getting the calories in the whey :)
