What are some healthy diets for skinny people?

So my friends and I are participating in a 30 day eating challenge. I want to eat healthy but I don't want to lose any weight. What's a good dietary plan to maintain weight? A high protein diet? One of my friends suggest that I should drink shakelogy which is a health smoothie but it helps lose weight lol and I really don't need too. Any help is appreciated

A healthy diet us a healthy diet, regardless of weight goals. Don't buy into fads. Just eat real, whole foods. Limit processed foods. Eat when you're hungry. Don't eat when you're not. The body finds its own equilibrium given right nutrients, so if you don't need to lose weight, you won't -unless you're eating less calories than you're burning.
