Does a fat persone burn more calories that a skinny one ?

Only due to the extra weight being carried...as the weight comes off the fat is burned slower

Actually it burns more calories while practicing bodyweight exercises like Calisthenics, most of all. Coz you use your natural weight to workout with. But it is incorrect to think that when getting slimmer you burn less calories, as 1kg of Lean Mass burns like 16kcal per hour, while 1kg of fat mass just 4 or 6. Sooooo the key to everything is just to start working out lol no magic pills and no way out mate

Thats only of your increasing muscle mass with weight training...exercise alone wont add the muscle required to consistently burn the same or more calories than a fatter person using the muscle mass they already have exercising with the excess fat .. but agreed no magic pills just hard rewarding work
