I work nights. I go to bed at like 4 or 5am and get up at 12nn. And i get hungry as hell after duty. So i dont know how to keep a healthy routine. Any suggestion?

I also work nights. Don't feel guilty about eating when you get home. Think of it as 5pm, I do. I usually stick to high protein dishes. But if I'm lazy Greek yogurts and fiber one.
