I'm pure vegetarian, don't even take eggs. As a part of my new diet plan, I was suggested to go for toasted Brown Bread. I want to know if adding a cheese slice is going to add up a lot to the preparation? I am thinking of brown bread sandwich with just a cheese slice in plus tomatoes and cucumber.

Won't adding Potatoes add up carbs and butter contribute to fat? I want to keep the sandwich as low as possible in terms of carbohydrates and no fat at all.
