I only eat once or rarely twice a day. But in more quantity then usual I think.
Could that be a reason for me still being a bit fat ?
I don't play sports anymore either jst studies and comp.

Yes surprising. Eating many small meals over a couple large ones keeps your metabolism going better.

Spread it our over the day, start with breakfast And every 3 to 4 hours...

Start running its simple and we are programed an built to do it.
