meal after a leg workout ? There a meal to recover faster?

Same as any other muscle group proteins...chicken is my favorite along with the shakes!

Drink plenty of water as well it helps flushing so DOMS are not as bad.

It gets easier as weeks go on, other than that enjoy the pain you earned it.

Whatever you weight is eat that in grams of protein. I weigh 158 so I eat close to 158 g of protein daily. I also have a post workout recovery drink by muscle pharm called recon. I also take glutamine pills.
