Just thought I would share my mild accomplishment lol. Its hard at my job. I work at a residential facility for kids and they eat every 2 hours. If I see someone eating, I want to eat. But I only snacked once today and I ate some carrots. I even made them a special dessert and didn't partake myself.

Thanks guys! I don't really snack at home because I don't keep much junk food at the house. Taking healthy snacks to work helps because at least I have to option to avoid the junk. If only I could reduce the stress of my job I'd be skinny in no time lol.
You can eat every 2 hours as well it keeps your metabolism running..just small portions. After 3 to 4 hour your body goes in starvation mode storing fat for future use if you need to lose weight then its not what you want.
Starving yourself isnt the way to lose weight..calorie deficit is.
You can snack every 2 hours all day long if your deficit is under 2000, aim for 1500 and you will lose weight.
You have done well resisting the dessert you could eat it if it under your calorie intake limit but sugary or fatty foods are not good for your heart
