I was looking for some high protein foods in the surpermarket and I noticed that canned mackarel contains about 30 g per 100g.
I got suspicious xd how is that possible?
Yeah tuna or canned salmon is cheap and easy to eat. You can get a good 30 g of protein right out the can. Go for it.
