My Biggest Problem With Staying Fit

I can get up early and work out, I cant stay consistent and motivated. But the one problem I have is food. Maintaining a healthy diet. That what unmotivates me.
I dont know whats best to eat throughout the day and what to eat when I'm craving a snack.

Help? Can you name some meals/recipes to help me stay fit.

There r lots of really good recipe pages available on facebook and even just Google. My best advice is to batch cook on a Sunday evening so u have healthy food readily available in the fridge for the week. I always have omelette muffins, homemade burgers and salads on hand for meals and I always make sure to keep fruit and organic peanut butter in the house too.
