I'm a 5ft 15 year old girl and I'm trying to tone up and gain muscle but have difficulties with my calories intake can you please give me some recommendation on how much I should eat and if it matters I'm 125 pounds

Download the app "my fitness app" it tracks everything and tells you how many calories you should consume each day to reach your goal.

There is an app called lose it that i am currently using. Frankly becasue softball season is comin back in here and i need to loose some fat but im sure it can be used to gain weight as well and it helps you keep tract of your cal intake and workouts

There's apps that you can put weight height And age it'll tell you how many calories you need to consume

I use the app Lose it. I've also got another app called my fitness pal that tells you what your caloric requirements are based on age, sex, height, etc. It'll also tell you how many calories you need for weight loss, to maintain your weight, and when bulking. Both are free. Good luck!
