Im trying to gain weight so snacking as much as possible on healthy things.
Boiled eggs, wholemeal toast
Sweet potatoe mash, chicken breast, spinach
Sardines, peanut butter on toast, greek yoghurt
Wholemeal pasta & tuna
Urm theres probanly more. Im using an app that counts the calories its hard going though not gonna lie.
I have unsalted peanuts. All seeds ok? I'll have to grab some of them. Pretty much all i'll be doing is eating!
Today I had 2 mini crustless quiches for breakfast. Beef, vegetable and potato stew for lunch and chicken and veggie stir fry for dinner.
Also protein shake after my bike ride before lunch, was a good day!
I ate a McDonald's double cheeseburger value meal. (I'm having a hard time eating enough calories when I only eat healthy.)
I dont know how people eat McDonald's..dont get me wrong im all for junk food at times but to me McDonald's is more gunk than junk!

But today I ate porridge for breakfast, protein shake for snack, ham salad sandwich and a meat and potato pie for dinner (afternoon meal) and sausages for evening meal which we call tea in the North of England.
Vegetable stir fry with piece fresh french bread for lunch, 4 piece fallafal mixed with a lovely big raw salad made of lettuse, carrots, mushrooms, baby tomatos, cucumber .. and mango and walnuts with dates for desert n my snack . Happy stomach!
I made oatmeal pancakes for breakfast today, really good for how healthy it is!
I had 3 pieces of toast with banana on them, coffee and large glass of water for breakfast lol
A aloe water, meal replacement shake- it tasted like cookies and cream lol and fat burning tea for lunch
Medium rare steak with mass amounts of salad w' a little smidgen of dressing for dinner. :D
Eggs and avocado/tomato salad for breakfast. Made thai chicken soup for lunch.. One of my absolute favourites
yesterday was the first time in a long time going back to the gym I would like to lose 30 pounds I would like to tone my Arms and stomach my legs are naturally built I know I'm lucky I use to dislike my legs until my girlfriend said to me that she loves my legs and said she works out just to get the legs I have :):) lol
So my question is
Do anybody have any suggestions I would be very thank full my weight is @ 189
