In the morning I eat 2 eggs lightly fried. But this is after I go to the gym and treadmill early on an empty stomach to get my body to burn fat as calories.

I then drink a proteins shake.

In the afternoon I eat a mix of Veg.
Broccoli, Mix Colour Peppers, mushrooms, peas (little oil) and then diced chicken(I buy a whole cooked chicken from Waitrose £6.50 and eat it over 4 or 5 days)

In the evening I have the same but with some carbs. About 150g of sweet potato.

Sometimes I add cabbage to my veg too.

Atm I have not touched soda or soft drinks in about 3 weeks.

I've been maintaining weight and cutting down fat %

Also protein shake after my bike ride before lunch, was a good day!

Sesame seed, almonds & walnuts are particularly good. Just stay away from salted

I ate a McDonald's double cheeseburger value meal. (I'm having a hard time eating enough calories when I only eat healthy.)

I dont know how people eat McDonald's..dont get me wrong im all for junk food at times but to me  McDonald's is more gunk than junk!

Burger king on the hand MMMmm

But today I ate porridge for breakfast, protein shake for snack, ham salad sandwich and a meat and potato pie for dinner (afternoon meal) and sausages for evening meal which we call tea in the North of England.

I only crave McDonald's when I'm hungover haha, I'd much rather have a proper restaurant/homemade burger most of the time

Restaurant has to be steak for me...rare as possible and well seasoned :-)
