Muscles consist of protein and how much you have to eat depends on how much you weight and how much you work out. Just look it up in the internet.

Yes and it's good if you are on the go all the time and need something simple :) take it 30 min after your workout. Good luck!

It will say on the container how much to take normally 2 scoops and it comes with a scooper so you should be good to go
