I already have a good amount of size but not true size so do I still need to eat alot of protein

You should eat 2g for every 1kg you weigh in you want to get big. Dont forget calcuim

This is my mission atm. Eating lots to gain weight and loadsa protein. Anything i can get fish, meat, nuts, seeds, eggs, cottage cheese, greek yoghurt. Man we'll be like walking protein machines when were finished!!!

Lol yeah that's what I wanna do gain size so yeah I will munch this protein down
