Eat often!

Eat lots of high protein foods and carbs.

Smoothies, shakes, nuts, dried fruit, avocado, meat, cheese, milk, fish, eggs, wholegrains, potatoes, brown rice, olive oil etc.
Stay away from junk food, sugar, processed foods, saturated fats.

Weight train

Building muscle will add weight, increase your workouts as you progress so your muscles are always benefitting from the workout.

Do push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats or use weights etc.

You shud not try to put on weight fast it will not go well , plus from the looks of it you probably could not gain much weight quickly cuz I bet you have a fast metabolism and most chick's would kill for that problem

Thank you David for the advice :)well i dont think i have a very high metabolism since im not an ectomorph im a mesomorph ,i just dont feel like eating a lot lol
