Get nauseous when eating breakfast

I have not eaten breakfast for years I get extremely nauseous when I wake up is there any way to make up for missing that meal?

I do too. I can drink coffee, orange juice ect...but not eat.

Exactly same here I'm sure that's not healthy but when I try it completely backfires if you know what I mean

If ya can doo liquids try a protein shake as breakfast

I have the same problem I've gotten abit used to eating breakfast now witch is a mixed berry shake but also try to wake up early and maybe a while after you have woken up eat then

You got to try and make your body get used to it , start small then work your way up

Me too, in the morning, terrible
I, personally, have meal replacement drinks >eat later in the day (I mean that's what I do)

That sounds like a good idea. I've tried for years to eat small meals but nothing helps. I'll definitely try that :)
