Hey, anyone from Michigan comment on the post, give each other tips on workouts and nutritional eating, and maybe even find a new workout partner!

First Tip: Eat 3 Oz of Carbs (Grain/Wheat) for breakfast if you plan to do an intense workout. Stay hydrated, and cut back on high sugars!
