Diet for boxing

I am 5'10 and 140 lbs is where i need my weight to stay at for competing in boxing. My problem is at 140 i still have a good bit of fat on my stomach and dont feel as strong as i should at 140 so im sure i can replace the fat weight with muscle. I have around 2-3 months to accomplish this so i was wondering if any of you have nutritions tips , workouts to get lean , and just any words of wisdom really. Thank you all : )
