Hi i need a diet plan to build lots of muscle mass but still have a lower caloric intake

Look online on the Muscle and fitness and Bodybuilding.com website, there are pretty good eating plans on there..good luck!

52% carbs 32% protein 10-11 percent healthy fats use steemed sweet potatoes or the normal one and meat(goat preferred) or lean beef and fish. Add oatmeal with grapes or banana and egg whites as breakfast or pre workout. Make your own sports drink with iced green tea add a pinch of salt and 1tsb honey if you want to get ripped I guess. Take a serving of salad or as many as you want cause they are usually on the negative calorie list 1tsb olive oil. And take a multivitamin daily. Hope this helps
